Privacy Policy (EZ Wifi Print order)

EZ Wifi Print order (the “Service”) of Noritsu Precision Co., Ltd. (“we/our/us”) enables customers (or “you,” as the case may be) to conduct transactions involving photo printing or the like (the “Transactions”) with business operators with which the customers desire to conduct the Transactions (the “Service Provider(s)”). Please note that we are not a party to the Transactions between the customers and the Service Providers, and the Transactions will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for use separately executed between the customers and the Service Providers.

This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information on individuals that we transmit through the Service to support the Transactions between the customers and the Service Providers. Information on individuals that we disclose to a Service Provider in accordance with this Privacy Policy will be used and disclosed in accordance with the privacy policy of the Service Provider, and this Privacy Policy will not apply to such information.

We will not collect information on the Transactions, including Image data that the customers desire to transmit to the Service Providers, and such data will be collected and used only by the Service Providers.

1. Agreement

By using the Service, you are assumed to consent to the transmission of your information on individuals to the Service Providers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Information to be transmitted

We will transmit customers' personal information listed below to the Service Providers for the purposes described as below:

Image data that the customers desire to transmit to the Service Providers
 - To provide the Service Providers with information necessary for the implementation of the Transactions between the customers and the Service Providers.

We will access the folder containing pictures in the customers' smartphones to transmit image data that the customers desire to transmit to the Service Providers; however, we will not collect and transmit any other image data.

3. Safety Measures

We will take necessary and appropriate safety management measures for the management of personal information, such as for prevention of divulgation, loss or damage thereof.

5. Amendment of the Privacy Policy

In case of amendment of the Privacy Policy (EZ Wifi Print order), the amended Privacy Policy will be placed on the application.
